Hampton Inn & Suites Alpharetta Roswell

I had a wonderful stay with an excellent free breakfast and a spacious room with a fridge and microwave. The overall experience was fantastic, and I'll be back for sure!

Some staff friendly. Breakfast good.

Hotel did not have record of my bookings (2 rooms) Had to change rooms due to bug bites the first night. Had to get medication at a pharmacy the next day to help with the itching and broken skin due to scratching. I've been charged 4 times on my credit card. Have to call the hotel again tomorrow to resolve that issue with the GM I've been told. I requested credit for my one terrible night of being bitten by bugs and being unable to sleep. No credit has been issued, yet.

The location was great and easy, to the property from the bus stop. I enjoyed the room with comfortable sitting areas, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Each morning, the friendly front desk staff greeted me with a smile that set the tone for my city strolls.

Our group of four was disappointed that this offer for a free entree (see attached photo - on the right side) included in our hotel's (Hampton Inn Alpharetta/Roswell) guest information book in our room wasn't honored by our server, or that the restaurant's owner didn't come out to speak with us. We walked and patronized one of the five other restaurants situated on the parking lot.

The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, linens fluffy and abundant pillows. The room was very spacious and the bathroom sink area nice and large enough for my cosmetics...

The staff is awesome and they truly take care of you!

It was a well-suited match for strolling around Alpharetta with good value. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. Make sure to take advantage of the shuttle service if you don't have a car.

I always look for a Hampton Inn when traveling. We arrived late our first night and the clerk was very friendly and helpful.

The A/C was as loud as a jet engine our first night. But the staff took care of it and it was fixed by the second night. We had a problem with our charges and one employee was pretty rude about it. But by the time we returned home, it was fixed.

The staff was so friendly,nice and polite and they made sure that all your needs were taken care off and the rooms were extremely clean
